MEET PARITY'S FOUNDER, IRIS FRYE
I take pride in being a thought leader, mentor, and coach with a proven track record of championing and advocating for the underserved community. My mission is to improve the health of underserved communities while educating, developing, and supporting the business of clinicians who choose to serve them. As a Health Information and Technology innovator with over 15 years of success in consulting, operations management, system implementations, physician engagement, and project management. My desire is developing and executing strategies to assist a health care organization in achieving health equity for every population they serve while still maintaining the organization’s goals and objectives. I thrive in leadership roles requiring collaboration with senior executives to steer the Health IT implementation of organization initiatives. I am adept at re-engineering activities and applying solutions to standardized and simplified business processes, resulting in improved operational efficiencies and positive quality care for the most vulnerable populations. My goal is to harness the power of technology and innovation to make our health care system more inclusive, more responsive, and more accessible to everyone regardless of their zip code.
